I spent $3 on something that doesn’t work I can’t play it without it crashing it has me about to full out cry

Crashing please fix this

The game is great but I can only play for one save when I go back to play a saved game it either crashes or selects a civ I wasn’t playing as before. I did pay money for this and it feels wasted because of this issue.
