GM don’t care about his players, all they want is your money. They have no class when you ask to fix a problem they talk like if the issue come from your side and they don’t want to help you! It look like a company run in a basement. No structure

Don’t play
Played this game for a while. Then they wanted to merge two servers unfairly. Basically server above mine has double the power. Mailed them using the ‘feed back’ button saying how it wasn’t a fair merger and our server needs more time. I also highlighted players were going to leave with such an imbalance as there is no way they can compete. The response I got was I had no right to speak on others behalf (I am leader of my alliance and the strongest player, surely a leader can advocate for their team?). I was told I was ‘disturbing there work’. Next I got banned from mails, alliance chat and world chat. I did not break any rules, did not use abusive or inflammatory language. They take your money and provide no service.
