About

AgentDeck is the field operating system for life insurance agents and managers. Your book, your territory and your production, together — built for the way the day actually goes: in the car, at the door, and even with no signal. Any licensed life insurance agent in the United States can subscribe to AgentDeck. There is no invitation, no application and no approval step, and no requirement to be affiliated with any particular agency, carrier or upline. Independent agents and whole agencies are both customers, and each customer's data is separate from every other customer's. YOUR AI. CONNECTED. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Muse by Meta or another AI assistant that supports MCP, and ask it about your day, your leads and your numbers. It can plan a route, build a call list, or import mailer leads with each lead's PDF page attached. Each permission is a separate choice, it never sees more than you can, and you can disconnect it at any time. PUT YOUR TERRITORY IN MOTION • See your leads and clients on the map • Build a route for the day ahead, starting from where you are • Tally door knocks, approaches, presentations and sales, with your rates • Call lists that keep their place when you get interrupted KEEP YOUR PIPELINE MOVING • Clients and leads with the intake detail underwriting actually asks for • Import a CSV or PDF of leads — AgentDeck reads it and shows you what it found before anything is saved • Duplicate detection that catches the same person twice, however the name was typed • Client follow-ups and policy tasks in one private list • Documents, forms and presentations, with you in control of who sees what • Subscribe to your appointments from Apple or Google Calendar YOUR PRODUCTION. IN PERSPECTIVE. • Submitted, issued and placed annual premium against your goals • Commission by policy: the advance, and what follows once the policy stands • KPI sheet: persistency, team production and business mix • Your carriers, plus an industry directory • Underwriting triage: a first read, never a decision READY FOR THE FIELD. EVEN OFFLINE. Rural routes lose service. AgentDeck keeps your leads, clients, appointments and call lists on the phone, and shows you how old the copy is instead of pretending it's current. Notes and status changes you make offline are queued and sent when you're back — they aren't lost, and they aren't silently dropped. IF YOU RUN A TEAM An agency can subscribe and bring its agents in. Managers see their team's production. They do not see their agents' client files, health answers, or appointments — that only happens when an agent shares a client deliberately. Sharing is per-client, per-person, and revocable. An agent who leaves keeps working in their own account. ABOUT PRIVACY Your clients' health answers are the most sensitive thing in this app, and they are treated that way. No notification carries a date of birth, contact detail or health answer. By default an alert says what happened, such as a new lead's name and town. Anyone who shares a screen can switch to generic alerts. AgentDeck does not use your CRM data to train AI models, does not sell data, and carries no advertising or tracking. An AI you connect yourself reads only what you allowed, under its provider's terms. Full terms, privacy policy, and the list of every third-party service we use: app.agentdeckcrm.com/legal Signing in is required because AgentDeck holds your clients' names, home addresses, dates of birth and health information — people who never agreed to be visible to anyone but their own agent. That is a privacy obligation, not a restriction on who can become a customer. Accounts and subscriptions are set up at agentdeckcrm.com, where the pricing is published and no account is needed to read it.

What's New in AgentDeck CRM

1.0.4

October 8, 2026

• Caller ID: when a lead or client calls from a number that isn't in your Contacts, your iPhone shows their name, marked Lead or Client. Turn it on in Settings › Calls & Texts. • Get set up: step-by-step guides for Caller ID, notifications, Live Activities, Face ID sign-in, the calendar feed, sharing PDFs into AgentDeck and Siri. Each one shows whether it's already on. • Ask Siri "How do I set up Caller ID in AgentDeck?", or search "Caller ID" on your iPhone, to open a guide. • Funeral Cost: the presentation's funeral cost estimate as its own screen, also opened from a client's file with their age and sex filled in. • Call lists: each person shows their address and status. Tap a row to open their lead card, or open it from the call outcome sheet. • Ask your AI: get help from the AI you already use. AgentDeck's help pages are written for it, so it can answer how-to questions. The built-in assistant has been retired. • Correcting a submission now has a monthly premium field. • Tap a policy on a client's file to open its submission. • Settings › Notifications: choose what your alerts say. • Existing policies can record term and universal life details. Fixes: • The policy date on a Health/Policy Review now saves.
