Good but lack some features
I have been using this keyboard for 5+ years and loved it. But I am always struggling to type punctuations that are crucial to write Amharic. It will be perfect if you can add them somewhere somehow.
By far the best Amharic keyboard
I’ve been using Agerigna keyboard for about 7 years now and thought this time my friends are always amazed by how fast I can type Amharic on my phone. But it was not until Agerigna went offline for some time in March (?) 2025 and I had to explore other keyboards that I realized how well set up and intuitive this keyboard really is. In my experience, Agerigna is the easiest and quickest way to type Amharic mainly owing to the way the 6 variations of each main (ግዕዝ) letter appear at the top for easy access at a click of the letter. I’m surprised many others have not imitated this simple and effective model. In any case, I’m super glad Agerigna is back now; hope it stays for good, and kudos to whoever produced it! በርቱ :)

Include all the necessary punctuation marks
I do use this app daily more than I do other apps in my mobile phone and I like it. However; as an Amharic user, I would like to use all the punctuation marks but this apps couldn’t include all of them. For example Amharic comma (ነጠላ ሰረዝ, ድርብ ሰረዝ, ቃላ አጋኖ- exclamation marks) and others. The developers of this application need to include these missing functionalities and update it for users.

I gave 5 stars to this application four or five years ago and I recommend its developers include some missing Amharic punctuation marks. They haven’t improved anything yet. Now I downgraded the stars to 2. Hopefully, will make it back 5 if they fix the problem sooner than later.

Mix keyboard has caps lock issue
When I try to change from lower case to upper case in mix configuration it is not working. I want to write “ሐ” but I can’t change the caps lock please fix this. Apart from this issue I like the keyboard

Regarding the Ge’ez numbers
It’s such a good app… except there are no Ge’ez numbers in the keyboard. If you could add those it would be perfect. Thank you!
Missing a letter

I’m a big fan of your app and use it everyday to text my family. However, I’m realizing that your’e missing a letter. The letter -hwa- that is apart of the ኀ row and commonly used in the word behwala (later).

Don’t have all the alphabets
It was good until recently , but after the update it has missed the last alphabets
For example I can’t write Kuwa, Ruwa,…I can’t write language (kuwawankuwa) in Amharic because the 8th alphabet is missed in all letters.
