The App doesn’t even recognize my email much less a password???
If it can’t even keep up with the email associated with the person, how can it manage a banking account?

One of the worst interfaces I’ve ever used. I want the old app back
New update is a step back!
This new update is Trash!! If I wanted this kind of crappy App Banking for my loan services, I would have went with Wells Fargo or something to that caliber. Bring back the old simple app that was slow and easy to navigate!
Not impressed
I was really looking forward to this update. The old app was a little clunky and was pretty much just a web browser so nothing special but usable. This is a pain. No Face ID, which is what I was most hopeful for, but to make it worse, you have to enter your username and password then wait on a security code every single time I login. I love Ag Georgia. Their loans are phenomenal but this app is a big flop. I also miss seeing the total of my loans at the bottom of the screen.
