Used to work, Now it’s broken
Last winter (2022) the app worked and was pretty accurate. Now it never loads past the loading screen. This app was extremely helpful. Frustrated it doesn’t work now. Please fix!

App doesn’t work. Hasn’t left the loading screen since I got it. Terrible developer. Take the app of the store if you won’t fix it.

Since the new update I literally have never seen past the loading screen. You can be on the beat WiFi and leave it open for hours and nothing will happen
Loading Screen
Ever since the end of last semester(Spring 23) I just get a loading screen that says “Updating Configuration.” I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times with the same thing happening.

Literally worst app ever
This app NEVER works. Been at USU for 3 years, not a single time have I been able to rely on this app.
Just an embedded website
The app looks and behaves exactly like the website which wouldn’t be a bad thing if the website behaved like an app. Its slow, it lags, and the bus locations only update a few times before the whole app freezes and you have to hit the refresh button.
There is a favorites button on the bottom navigation bar that is apparently pointless and there is no explanation for what it does or what should happen when You tap it.

Very buggy
The idea of the app is great and it gets the job done, it is just very buggy. The concept is great but the functionality is garbage.

This app is great! I can chill in my apartment instead of waiting outside for the bus and just get on the app to see where the bus is. Nice work with this one Aggie shuttle!
