Excellent resource for transitioning systems
I have limited exposure to agile given my role in R&D and lean manufacturing; however with seeing the market starting to embrace agile this app has been an effective tool for me preemptively adapt to a system which is better suited to innovation. I would strongly recommend this app for anyone curious about the benefits that agile may provide while they may not have familiarity with the necessary elements. Likewise anyone seeking to better utilize innovation within their teams.
