It works, but it’s not oss
The app does what it’s supposed to do. It connects to one of the well-known agent tools via ACP—it works best with Qwen-Cli.
Mistral AI’s vibe also worked without any problems in my tests.
Unfortunately, the app is not open source, which is somewhat ironic in this sensitive context.
The app is therefore fine for testing purposes. However, Agmente is a no-go for serious and productive use as long as the source code is not publicly available.
