To many updates
There are about 4-5 updates every week. I don’t have a problem with them apart from the fact that it gets very irritating and hard to check the app. It’s better to do one update every month and fix bugs.
Absolutely unoptimized for iPad
For iPad, it is just a very aggressively scaledversion of the iPhone app. Please make a proper iPad app asap.

Go for better ERP such as MyLeading Campus etc.
