Can’t use the app

I am very disappointed by the app. I downloaded it and was able to fill in all the information about me but I couldn’t create my username. It won’t let me register without creating a username. If anyone has any suggestions please respond.

He intentado registrarme en la app y no me deja escribir en la zona de nickname y si no lo hago no deja continuar. Ha sido un regalo el reloj pero no puedo gastarlo porque no dejáis acceder en la app

Poorly thought out app

First the app will ask a lot of questions and then it will fail to locate the watch. It would be more kind for the app first to try to locate the watch so the user can skip the questions and skip straight to returning the watch.

スマートウォッチ購入して設定しようとしたけど
愛称の欄だけどうしても入力出来ず、アンインストールしたりスマホの電源on/offもしたけど状況は変わらず💧アドレスやpassの登録は出来ているようでログインは出来るけど、ベアリング出来ているのかさえ分からず。設定も愛称入力出来ないから先に進めないのでそれ以上使えなくて困っている。
本当に使えるのか?コレ。

Solved problem-AGPTEK app will not find the Women’s SW03 fitness tracker.

I just discovered a solution to my problem below. Instead of searching for the AGPTEK app at iTunes in the US, I scanned the QR code in the instructions which took me to the iTunes in Japan and downloaded it from there. The app is the latest and is a little different that the US version. When first started, i created an account and then it allowed me to connect to the bracelet right from the set up wizard. I synced up and appears to be working.

Evidently the App in the US iTunes has not been updated as of 26 July 18.

I bought the SW 03 fitness tracker and could not connect it to my iPhone 8 running iOS 11. I charged it, turned it off and then on to get the connect code. I downloaded this app, set up an account, and then searched for a bracelet but it never found anything. I cycled power on phone, turned off and on Bluetooth, restarted bracelet etc and nothing worked. Also no way to contact anyone in support for assistance. Left a message but no call back. This is my second attempt! I returned it thinking it was just defective but the replacement won’t connect either!
