Good app, but..
I love this app; I need this app. But here lately, the app keeps closing and then I lose my customized settings for my hearing aids. Can you fix? My firmware is updated and so is my iOS.
AGX Hearing
App usually works very well. Yet constantly have to reset phone for updates . And sometimes one side works better than the other. I have had to take in the hearing amplifiers on multiple occasions. Looking forward to when I can get their higher quality hearing amplifiers. Which I noticed when I tested those on my ears; worked amazing with no issues. So I give them. 4 Star rating.

No update for 13
Still no update that will work with my phone. 6k for hearing aids and no decent customer service.
Hearing aid volume
I should be able to set a stable volume and only increase when needed or wanted. Each day I have to reset to desired volume. Batteries in mine only last approximately 12 hours. I charge every day and would like them to last 16 hours or more.
Other than that I appreciate the use ability and sound quality.

Won’t keep settings
I created a user volume setting. I change to that setting the switch back to home and it doesn’t reset the volume to default.
Useless
Can’t get the app to connect to my hearing aids. When it does finally connect it loses the connection within a few minutes. Useless.

I’m an audiologist with extensive experience with the use of these apps from all manufacturers.
All of the complaints listed here reference issues with updates to either the app or the hearing aids. Hearing aids are updated pretty often and so is the iPhone. Every time this happens both the phone and hearing aids need updated. Sometimes updating the hearing aids requires an appointment with the fitter or audiologist. So yes, if you update your phone and not the hearing aids it’s going to be a glitchy connection. If you don’t update the app it will crash. This is not low quality. This is technology.

Won’t stay connected
The app keeps cutting off ..I log in and it finds my hearing aid then I go out and the sound doesn’t sound right so I go back in and it shows not connected and it finds my hearing aids again..it’s constantly like this..I’m beginning to hate this app..you’ve got some serious bugs

This app fails on OS 13.xx.
The software freezes manual control of the hearing aids. My investment is useless as a result. My audiologist is unable to cope with this problem.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

As previously noted on this stream app doesn’t work. Will not connect to aids. Quit working last IOS update.

Running IOS 13.1.3. Won’t connect with app. Can’t control volume or environment through interface. Shows hearing aids are connected on phone but not through app. Needs fixing.

Emergency! The App is not connecting with the latest iPhone update (13). Need to update the app immediately to resolve.

App not working under iOS 13. Basic functions accessible thru control panel but app reports not connected. Needs urgent update.
