Disappointed and confused
The app ask for sign up, i do but every time the message ( an internal error has occurred) appears and I can not use it
Cannot download on 12 mini
I signed for drug reference online as instructed. I am able to get the drug information on the web....very good-in depth. The issue is that I’ve been unable to download drug content into the app installed on my phone. Spoke to ASHP and stated they have no issues. Other than this app, my phone works great. Sent email and waiting for response

Hello, thanks for your feedback. We do not limit or exclude iPhone 12 mini from being able to install the app. We do have a minimum deploy target of iOS 14.1, is your device on an earlier version? If not please shoot me an email softwaresupport@ashp.org and we can trouble shoot together.
Can’t sign up
The app only allows you to sign in. There’s no possible way that a new user can sign up. Terrible app!!

Hello, There were Apple iOS store related policy that prevented us to offer signup in the app due to our business model. We had recently changed it and we now offer signup in the latest version. Sorry for the troubles.

Finally! A functional pharmacy app. Good work guys! Now... If only Elsevier would show half the effort in their apps I would be all set.
Need to fix the table and load speeds
When clicking on the table of contents it doesn’t take me to the section that I have selected. I also find load times and authenticating are to slow and shouldn’t be required each time the app is opened.
