This app is never opened since I downloaded it. It crashes every single time. So frustrating!

I can even open the app because it crashes immediately when I open it.
Doesn’t work on iPhone 12
At first since I got my new iPhone this app will not work at all. When I click on it it just flashes and my screen goes back to the home screen it won’t even open. It’s very frustrating to try and do trainings when I can’t even access the app.

If you are forcing us to use this app, then make it work. I have been an AHG parent of two daughters for over 11yrs. One of which has received her Stars & Stripes. I have installed and deleted this app 4 times over the last 7 days and only get a “white screen of death” before my phone returns to its home screen. I am unable to use your app to update my Keys training.

Does not work with new Apple iOS 15.0
I’ve spent hours trying to get AHGequip to work after downloading iOS 15. So frustrating!!
Sooo frustrating. Lost my training I had started
I have been really pressed for time lately so had started my keys training….I went back to finish and it’s making me start all over. It’s incredibly frustrating as a volunteer to have to spend a ton of extra time on things that are required. I don’t always have easy access to a computer to do the training on.

Don’t work with 15.2
I recently downloaded the app only to find out that I can’t even open the app. It only crashes, I have contacted AHG, hopefully they will fix it so families can use it.

I downloaded this app to do my training but couldn’t even open the app because it crashes before it even opens. As soon as I click on the app my screen goes blurry like the app is going to open but then it doesn’t. I have tried deleting the app multiple times and even restarting my phone. Another one of our troop leaders has it one her phone and her app works just fine.

App doesn’t work and no easy way to do trainings without it
I tried downloading this app on my iPhone and iPad and on both, the app crashes before it starts up. Then it won’t let you do the trainings without the app. I had to borrow a computer download the “app” for the computer, then delete it after completing my trainings because I didn’t want to leave the app on someone else’s computer.

This worked well when I used it two years ago. I reinstalled for this years training and it won’t even open, just crashes.

Update 6/2021: Nothing has changed. I have a new phone and downloaded the most current version of the app and it does the exact same thing - crashes immediately.
It won’t even open for me - when I tap on it, it crashes immediately. Completely useless. If AHG is going to push the app so heavy for the training they need to make sure it works. Otherwise, scrap it and do something else. Incredibly frustrating!

This app just crashes as soon as I try to open it on my phone. Please fix it, ahg. I need to be able to do this training on something other than my computer.
Worked great until it didn’t work!
This app worked great for about a year and now it won’t load or do anything. I hope the. It’s are resolved because I did like having this option to keep up with training.
