Ridiculously short window to keep points earned. I just had hundreds lost because I haven’t been down in that area for awhile.
Now when I go to that area with a lot of restaurants I WON’t be getting Ahipoke.
Also, they were always out of various stuff whenever we went. It always left a sour taste in my mouth that they ran their business so poorly. Not a problem anymore though!

Would appreciate better updates, other than that I love Poki. Used to think it was all Raw Food so I stood away from it but it’s actually quite nice for the options.
Broken menu wouldn’t let me order
3-Scoop Build Your Own Bowl forces a minimum of 4 additional $1 scoop options to be picked. So it won’t let you submit unless you pick every upsell option.
The app checkout never works
I have never had more trouble with a food before. I try to use the coupons all the time because they’re good coupons. They don’t redeem in person, they never do. The workers always tell me that it doesn’t work. And then I try to checkout online, that never works either. I put in 3 different cards and it doesn’t work, so it’s not an issue on my side. Seriously so upsetting. Ahipoke is expensive and I need the coupons a lot of time in order to afford it and with it never working, I’m just not sure I’ll go again.

Walked in, told to wait while only worker prepared 5 to go orders before serving me. Waited 5 minutes until the other worker came out on her phone and then did my order. No sorry for the wait or anything and then gave me the smallest scoops of every single protein and side. Never coming back here, thanks.

Won’t let you use rewards
I was trying to order a two scoop poke bowl with an extra scoop of protein because I have enough points for $3 off a scoop and the app kept telling me that the reward was not available
For my order so I had to pay more for the 3 scoop bowl even though I have enough reward points for the free scoop
