Terrible
This app is old school and here is why:
1-Cannot change the password of the app
2- a lot of log-in issues ( sometimes i can’t log in for hours)
3- No option to submit KYC online( you have to do it at the branch )
4-cheque book requests means nothing, if done via app. They will call you and ask you to request it from the call center.
5- lack of updates to fix bugs
You need to adapt to the new technology changes to make the app convenient for users.

Recent update
The app used to work fine and now after the new updates I can’t sign back in. After calling the call centre and they couldn’t help. I still can’t login
Apple Pay
All the bank in qatar has Apple Pay now. Why only this bank doesn’t have Apple Pay until now, I really disappointed from this bank.
Worst application ever
Its not user friendly. Needs a lot of updates its hard to add a beneficiary. The tab for countries is a nightmare and for some reason the Iban is not shown it’s considered as a password for some reason. Why not show it I am the one entering it? I expected much more after the 5 years of waiting for the new promised app update 🙄
