Not very helpful and helping generate realistic questions you might have for your provider.
I tried this out several years ago and found it to be quite helpful. It is a good concept.
However, I just tried the updated one (2026), where they indicate that they removed questions and resources that they say are no longer relevant, and it is so limited in the kinds of things that you can select to ask about or respond to that I can’t imagine it is very useful. It certainly wasn’t for my needs, which are not that complex..
I tried to put in my own custom questions since the ones they had aren’t relevant for my medical concern, and then I wasn’t able to select it to add to my question.
I give it two stars because they do have links to more information under the Resources section, which are quite useful.

Great Preparation Tool
QuestionBuilder has been an incredibly useful tool when it comes to preparing for my doctor visits. With a busy life, it’s helpful to have a place to write down all my questions so I don’t forget something when I get to my appointment. It’s like a grocery list for the doctor’s office!
App is hugely helpful
Love this app, I use it all the time to get questions ready for my moms doctors appointments.
Really helpful for thinking through my appointment
This app helps me think about the questions I need to ask my doctor and prepare for the questions my doctor will ask me. I email myself the answers and then pull that email up when I visit the doctor.
Email link broken
Filled the thing out but the email never made it to my doctor, tried multiple times and 2 different email addresses.
