Our app is powered by AI, and while it aims to provide helpful explanations and accurate answers, AI can sometimes make mistakes. That’s an important limitation we’re always working to reduce. With a subscription, we’ve added the ability to compare results from different AI models, so you can review multiple answers side by side and judge which one is most accurate. This helps reduce reliance on a single model. We’re continuously improving our main model and plan to add even more AI models in future updates to further increase accuracy and reliability. Hi there—sorry you ran into this. We pushed a server update yesterday and, for a short window, some users saw errors. The issue has been fully resolved and the app is working as expected now.
