Unfortunately I paid for some coins then it asked me again to pay so I did and still didn’t get my coins. Then contacted the support with two emails and still not heard back so I am not really impressed when you have an issue

Everything costs credits and it produced nothing. Just my original image. Use any AI platform, this is trash

Cannot download image
After spending credits on an edit I try to download an image on to photos and it just gives me a blank page but also charges me for the edit. This has been going on for a while.
Doesn’t replicate the product
A simple necklace could not be replicated and the design was so simple I could have used any AI app to come up with a necklace hanging in the air???
Not following instructions
It keeps spelling my name wrong and charge me to edit and it’s still doing spelling wrong

A Very Fun App
HEXA is my first attempt at A.I. and I’m thoroughly enjoying changing outfits and backgrounds, creating logos and artwork for promotional purposes. I’m not artistic and HEXA makes me look like I am. I’m always sorry when I run out of my weekly coins.

Nothing like I have seen on social media! Don’t like the way I has to use coins to make or remake photos!! And I waisted coins on backgrounds that they even aren’t that good just half it’s just nothing but grids, and besides I wanted a cute video and just put my product on top of the other things when clearly i wrote down how I would o like to have…. Am going back to my Photoroom when am done with this year

Coins were removed before a week

Contacted support and they are yet to return my missing coins, I’d appreciate if the process of returning the coins could be hastened up please, as I’m still perplexed as to why my coins would be removed despite terms of use showing all coins remain even after subscription ends, it makes no sense.
Do rectify this soon enough.
Paid for the 7.99 subscription and despite claiming all coins will remain even after subscription ends, I find that my coins have been removed and it’s not even up to a complete week yet. App’s not bad but this is horrible and I want my coins back.

I would find a different product
Very disappointed in this product the AI features don’t work. I don’t know how else to put it. The AI created something, but it has nothing to do with your directions.
Total Frustration
Hexa regularly ignores prompts, e.g. When you request that the title of the poster should be “XYZ” it chooses to add other words or misspell the exact words you provide. I’m done with Hexa. ChatGPT does far better.

No me gusta por qué aunque quede moneda como quiera te sacan el dinero y te roban las monedas que quedan, deben esperar que uno la use para poder cobrar más
