AI Body Scan – Physique Rating

Your physique is a number. One front-facing photo a week, and AI Body Scan scores six regions from 0 to 100: chest, shoulders and arms, abs, back, legs and symmetry. You get one overall Physique Score, an estimated body-fat range, your V-taper ratio and the one region that is holding the number back. WHAT YOU GET • A Physique Score you can track week to week, with a score line and a before/after slider. • Six region scores and a plain-language read of what the photo shows. • A body-fat range (not a single made-up number) and shoulder-to-waist ratios. • A weekly training plan that puts most of the volume on your weakest region, with 48 illustrated moves, a difficulty selector and a guided session timer. • Nutrition targets derived from your goal and your scan, meal logging by search, barcode, photo or a quick description, and a Physique Fit score for every meal. • A coach that knows your numbers and answers questions about your plan and your plate. • An anonymous weekly leaderboard, streaks and 84 badges that reward showing up. HOW IT WORKS 1. Answer a few questions about your goal and training days. 2. Take one front-on photo. It is checked on your device for light and framing, analysed on our server, and then deleted. We keep the scores, never the picture. 3. Read your score, then follow the plan. Scan again in seven days. PRIVACY FIRST No advertising, no tracking, no photo storage. The leaderboard is opt-in and shows an anonymous name and a score only. You can delete your account and all data from inside the app at any time. BODY SCAN PRO The first scan and your overall score are free. Body Scan Pro unlocks the full region breakdown, the training plan, nutrition logging, the coach and unlimited weekly scans. Weekly, monthly and yearly plans are available; prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and can be managed in your Apple ID settings.
