Careful. Poor quality, requires $$ to find out
I had to buy the one-week to call using my spanish number ($5.99). Then, after preparing for the call (light prep), and making the phone call, I was prompted to add more credits (even though I hadn’t yet made a call?) WHILE ON THE CALL, otherwise I was stuck. So, that was confusing. Given I was 10sec into the call, I felt misled. I exited the call and added credits (more $$).
(Mind you, I had still not even witnessed a single exchange, and I’m about $10 into this app.)
Then, I finally made my first call. It went very poorly.
I work with AI voice for a living, so I found myself thinking, “geez, I could vibecode something with deepseek in like 15 mins, or use something like Bland or Vapi, and it would be 10x more effective.”
After all, the benefit of this service SHOULD be that I can interrupt and redirect as a third party on the line, but I cannot do that. I’m trapped listening to this terrible exchange all the while thinking, “where is the HITL option?”
Great concept but it launched too early, and it isn’t worth $$ yet. I’ll be going to Apple to request my money back.

Our original goal with AI calling was genuinely to help people deal with stressful or difficult customer service calls — especially in situations where language barriers make things even harder. Your point about wanting more human-in-the-loop control during calls is especially valuable, and it’s something we’re actively discussing internally as we continue improving the product experience.
