How do you cancel the trial subscription?
There is no way of cancelling this app so you don’t get charged. Can someone please help me to understand how you cancel successfully as to not get charged for something that stated it was free, until you try to use the basic service.
Voice over won’t read out info on app
Hi havr downloaded the app however when trying to fill out. Tye questionr you asked. I noticed crust voice over won’t read out any of the info on the screen.
May I also suggest having a topic or question relating to Duabetes as this was why the app appealed to me and I havr to eat from akk food groups. May I also suggest a basic free version. I don’t need in-depth info just the tools to help me make the best giud choices. One of the things I have to look out fur if carbs guy apart from that I love the idea of this app

Not accurate
I would give this a big 0 but there’s no 0 to add. I just downloaded the app and tried scanning my first meal and it got it all wrong. I may as well stick with the free macro app if I manually have to add my food instead of paying to manually add it. Get a free app and do it yourself.

It was phenomenal just what I was looking for until…..(select you’re lament type) popped up on my screen like why cant there be any tracker apps for free??
Good but sudden change
I’ve been using this app since 2 years and it was amazing never disappoints even if there were a premium plan with more option the basic was good for me until today I tried to do basic entry and realized you need a subscription to do anything smh

What happened????
I used to love this app because of its easy tracking but just recently I got back into my diet and the way the app repays me is whenever i try to search up foods it traps me behind a paywall. For what? Wanting to log my cheez its????? I’ve been reading the reviews and there are tons of people complaining about the same thing and your response is “WeLl SOme FeAtUrEs ArE pReMiUm AnD ThE aPp Is FoR bAsIc TrAcKiNg” let me just tell you this….
YOU CANT LOG ANYTHING IF YOU CANT SEARCH IT NOW THE APP IS ESSENTIALLY USELESS WITHOUT PAYING FOR BASIC SERVICES

Erreurs dans le calcul du calcium
Il y a des erreurs majeures dans le calcul du calcium…je les constate dans beaucoup de repas.
Exemple : j’ai saisi les valeurs nutritionnelles d’une tasse de lait d’amandes (avec 300 mg de calcium) mais l’application indique que mon repas ne contient que 17,7 mg de calcium…
Si je scanne le code barre d’un yaourt, le calcium n’apparaît pas et je ne peux pas l’ajouter manuellement.
Le développeur a fait plusieurs suivis avec moi; j’ai envoyé plusieurs images d’écran, mais le bug n’a pas été corrigé.
Pour le prix payé, une erreur de cette ampleur est, d’après moi, inacceptable.
C’est vraiment dommage car c’est une application facile à utiliser.

I used to love using this app, but I can’t get it to work anymore. I use the free version and watching ads would let me log my food, but now it won’t let me search anything, plus most of the calories are slightly off somehow for most foods, I won’t be using this app again.

i’ve been using the app for over a year. It hasn’t had any problems and now just recently I told my friends about it and they got it and as soon as they got it, it has stopped working completely. You can’t even search for foods without the paywall coming up. It’s basically unusable. The only thing that saves is you can still scan barcodes

Annoying analysis feature
I like how you can take a picture or scan code to log food, but every time after I enter one item, a food analysis window immediately pops out and I couldn’t go back to the main app page unless I completely exit. VERY ANNOYING! not gonna renew subscription unless they fix this.
