How it works Point the camera at your plate and tag the meal as breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack Tap Analyze and wait a couple of seconds Check the result and add it to your diary You get the whole plate, broken down A scan doesn't just give you one number. Salmon with roasted potatoes comes back as the fillet, the potatoes and the salad, each with its own calories, protein, carbs and fat. Tap any item to change the amount, remove what isn't there, or add something the camera missed. The total recalculates as you go. When it isn't sure, it says so If confidence is low, you'll see it flagged at the top of the result with a note to check the numbers yourself. If there's no food in the frame, or the connection drops mid-scan, the app tells you plainly and offers to let you add the meal by hand. Your photo isn't lost either way. Your day, then your week The diary groups everything by meal and shows how much of your daily target is left. Switch to the weekly view for your average intake, a day-by-day chart and how many days you stayed within your goal. About your photos Photos are used only to recognise the food.
