Poor customer service

I paid for the year long subscription based on reviews. My mistake. The first three barcodes that I scanned were wildly inaccurate. Less than two hours after purchase I used the in app link to contact customer service for a refund. No response. I tried again yesterday, no response.

If a refund is not possible they should at least respond.

Buyer beware.

Scam!!!

When I initially signed up, I was given the option to buy a lifetime subscription for a one time purchase of $89 which I paid now a week later it’s trying to not only charge me for a monthly membership at $40. It charged me that $40 twice right now with taxes over $100 and I can’t even login anymore and when it sends me the link to reset my password it tells me that the verification code that I put in is wrong that they sent me. Do not get the scam from China. I’m probably gonna have to change my card now. Do better Apple.

Always wrong.

This app is wrong a lot. It doesn’t add the proper nutritional values. I don’t use the picture input I add as a text or as a barcode and it’s still wrong almost all of the time.

Não comprei o vitalício e fui cobrada.

Em nenhum momento fiz a solicitação do vitalício e fui cobrada. Baixei para testar e no mesmo dia debitaram a compra normal e a vitalícia do meu cartão. Quero o reembolso imediato. Não autorizei a compra.

Love it for the first three months paid for the yearly subscription. Now it stop working. I deleted the app and restored now I can not login in

Arnaque

Très déçu j’ai payé un abonnement en pensant que cela allait me donner acces à toute l’appli mais non à chaque fois il fait encore payer des modules. On veut perdre du poids pas de l’argent!
Je l’ai depuis hier mais je demande le remboursement car vraiment une arnaque! Je ne conseille absolument pas.

Super App

Hilft sehr im Alltag. Man lernt dadurch Lebensmittel besser in der Wertigkeit zu beurteilen. Gute Ernährung leicht gemacht.

Scanner stops working

I am disappointed with the scanner function
That is the heart of the app
The app service is rather poor to rectify the issue

Paid £39.9 for nothing. all the features that i “subscribed” for are provided by other apps for free. Tried to access meal plans and was asked to pay an extra £10. Tried contacting customer support and never got a reply. Not worth it at all if anything the meal plans should have been included in the subscription but it was not. 0/10.
