Sorry about that - that’s not the experience we want. Please make sure you’re on the latest version, then fully close the app (swipe it away) and reopen it. If the result still doesn’t load after you receive the “ready” notification, please reply here with your device model and iOS version and we’ll help you fix it.
The App Doesn’t Save, Share, Or Create The Correct Video

Sorry about that - you’re right to flag it. We’re actively fixing an issue that can affect the final export (save/share) and, in some cases, the generated output not matching the preview. Please update to the latest version as soon as it’s available, then try again after a full app restart. If it still happens, tell us your device model + iOS version and whether it fails on Save or Share (or both) so we can pinpoint it quickly.

Sorry - that sounds incredibly frustrating, and it’s not acceptable. We’re working on performance improvements to reduce freezes and make generation times more predictable. Credit usage should be consistent for the same length/settings, so we’re also tightening the credit calculation so it can’t fluctuate unexpectedly. Please make sure you’re on the latest version and restart the app before generating.

Sinto muito por isso. Não é a experiência que queremos entregar. Por favor, atualize para a versão mais recente e reinicie o app (feche totalmente e abra de novo). Se você foi cobrado e não conseguiu gerar/salvar o resultado, entre no app em Settings - Help/Support e reporte o problema para a gente verificar a compra e o processamento do seu vídeo e resolver o quanto antes.

Sorry about that - we understand how frustrating that is. The time limit depends on the selected mode/style and device constraints, but you shouldn’t be charged for results that fail. Please update to the latest version and fully restart the app, then try again.
