Not happy
I go a case for 30 dollars changed the picture twice and it not long lets me change the picture I tried to delete the app and redownload and now the app no longer even connects to the case
Power bank cast image
Ever since I updated the app it won’t install my images. It will sync to 100% but nothing happens on my power bank when changing images. Please fix this!!
Latest update broke app
I recently updated the app and now it seems to not want to update my case photo. Every time I try to change the picture it starts changing then fails. Often it leaves me with a screen of static if not completely black. Fix this pleas.

I removed the cover and put it back as per given instructions, but after this i am not able to change the picture, nfc cover device is connected in the app , but i am not able to change the image

i am unable to upload any colourful images it shows colourful lines only no image and this is jot the first time it’s all the time i face with any images in my ios device
You broke old cases
The 1 year old cases does not work anymore, gradient and more complex images does not work, only the simple ones.
No longer works with case
The app no longer works when trying to send the image over via NFC.

NFCケースに青色も無いし画像の転送もうまく出来なくてモザイクみたいになります。
ケースが悪いのかアプリが悪いのかわかりませんが、返品したいと思っています。

Worked before, now colors are broken on iOS 18
This case is a great idea and it used to work fine both in black & white and in color.
Since updating to iOS 18.6.2 on my iPhone 15 Pro, the color mode is unusable: the screen only shows horizontal stripes. Black & white still works, but the value of this product is in color images.
Considering the high price, I expect a quick update to the app or firmware, otherwise the case loses its main purpose.
