This app continuously glitches out and or does not complete a task as requested. For example I entered information for a logo creation in English and the examples given made no sense at all…
Cancel my subscription
I can not find a way to cancel my subscription and the contact us does not work.
Not impressed.
Functionality is not as good as Eve Meta’s free Ai. Don’t waste your money. Just my two cents

It constantly crashes, the responses are extremely vague and unhelpful. Just stick with the regular Chat GPT, which is absolutely way more quick, thorough as they come, doesn’t crash, and it’s free.

Can’t not attach or upload my photo in this chat. the answer is not good as free chat GPT. sự sent ly interrupted and closed the chat and can’t save the history.

They imply you hit the gear button to cancel. I did that after trying the service for a few times on day 1 of the trial. I clicked on the gear and there was no cancel button. So I sent a message telling them to cancel

This app WAS great!
I downloaded this app about a month ago and was really enjoying using it exploring my mind exploring different things that I was able to go deeper into with the help of this app. And then yesterday when I opened my app the whole app was different and my entire chat conversations that I’ve been having for the last month were gone. Additionally the conversations that I’ve tried to have or the research I’ve tried to do in the last day since the app has changed has been awful I don’t know what the update was they blended with DeepSeek and basically they have ruined my experience on this app I paid for the upgraded service and now the app works worse than it was it’s just dumb don’t download it unless they change it!!!

Not good as advertised
This app is not working as it advertised. You can get all functions it provides directly from Chat GPT 3.5, the free version. Not worth the money at all.

I purchased this app believing it was the latest version of OpenAI’s ChatGPT Pro, but I was completely misled. They charged me for a full year and never responded to my emails. This app is a scam—it uses an outdated version of OpenAI’s technology and is not an official program. It’s not available on OpenAI’s website, and the performance is disappointing. Do not waste your money on this fraudulent app. Stay away!
