I regret purchasing this
I liked how it worked, and I thought it would be a good tool to use so I paid for a years access. The next time I went to use it, it prompted me to purchase, and when I clicked on the restore button, nothing happened. When I look at my purchased apps in the App Store app, I can see that I purchased it, when I purchased it, and how much I paid for it…. But I can’t access it. No matter how well it works, if I can’t use it then it is effectively useless. Thanks for taking my money, I guess.

I Have Been Ripped Off
I subscribed to ChatGPT-4 with the expectation of accessing the latest information. However, I discovered that its data only goes up until October 2023. This limitation was not clearly communicated upfront, and it's disappointing to pay for a service that doesn't deliver current content.

Still not quite good enough for research
As a practitioner in the human sciences, who asks the program specifically for RCT's and meta analyis and other research methods that the depth, utility and application of the output was disapointing and unhelpful.

Needs work in functionality and features
This app gets the job done for basic operation such providing answers but many people need more than just that. Having a way of maintaining a history of questions asked and answers would be good. Syncing that data between your mobile devices and the chat app on your computer would be good also. Finally as references for the answers being provided would be very helpful. Consider adding all the above in your next update.

Why are Apple OK with companies themselves off as OpenAI
Searched for ChatGPT4, downloaded it, trialled it, bought it. Them saw that it wasn't ChatGPT 4. It's some scam by the looks of it. All the recent reviews are shockingly poor. Developer has stopped replying to the reviews. Developer's website content is poorly worded, thye should of used ChatGPT4. Why does Apple let scammers on the App Store. Requested refund. The App might be OK, but who knows, most of the reviews are saying it ain't ChatGPT4?? Thus, Scam!!!! ?

I don't think it is very friendly. The voice is too machine and doesn't feel sympathetic. The one on skype is friendly and helpful. I found this thing not very helpful. I asked it to check sentence structure, spelling, and paragraph structure and it refered me to find another software. I asked about editing and again it refered me to another software. It is supposed to be a writing assistant. What good is it then?

This is a major helper
I am heading back to school and I am needing of some help in writing or getting better structure points to write essays for shool. I have been out of high school since 1996. I am very rusty at writing up papers. I am going to every tool at my disposal to help me achieve my goals.

I love this app. It has been an excellent idea. It helps me daily with what I do, which is writing in daily meditation chats. What's interesting is how perfectly it translates from Spanish to English and French. It is an excellent tool for those who want to share their writings with others in different languages. Paid for Service & Never Received
I purchased this app and was my first time with a chatgpt. Everytime I try to sign in it asks me to sign up and pay again. I tried to contact the company and no one responded. A rip-off! I have never had to request a refund from apple before so was unaware of the process. Now trying to get a refund from this error and purchase, but has been more than 6 months, so unlikely. Buyer beware!

It has been really helpful to have the program but it would freeze all the time. and it does not fit in the screen of my laptop. So you cant see the bottom of the screen and you cant adjust it either. So you are hoping to aim correct when pressing the green button GENERATE. Hope this help to improve it.

Chatbot is not responding to anything!
My Chatbot is open and the only thing I can do is type in suggestions and the chatbot writes in response to those suggestions. I am not able to scroll up and read what has been written. I cannot click on the contact us button, I am not able to click on any button in fact, not even the ? Not Working button. My subs are paid, so it's not that! What gives guys?
