Doesn’t Work. No Customer Service.
This was great for a few months. I got the year subscription. It responded with helpful ideas for my stories, helped me create client emails at work, and gave me many other various ideas. Now I can’t use any of the features and the Chatbot won’t respond to anything. I emailed the customer service email address listed and got an auto response stating “the address couldn’t be found”. I had several months left on my subscription and now I feel like I was scammed.
