The product does not work correctly. I have tried to create my own chat for instructions, but I get a blank screen and if I exit out of the application and come back, you cannot find the chat box I created. I contacted Support and left a detailed message, but yet have not received an answer after a

Started off Amazing Then …
The app is struggling to answer questions now. I’ve paid for a year subscription and will NOT be renewing this one after this I’m afraid. It says sorry try again later more often now … It used to give me great answers at the beginning with no problem. Now if I’m not asking basic questions it’s crashes…

These are basic abilities he needs to live and with dignity keep a respectable way of life. ChatGPT can be a valuable tool to help improve the human condition.
