I’ve tried this for over a month and literally every time I ask this app to do something I get an error message. And when I don’t get the error message, I get gibberish spit out as an answer to my requests.

App just decided to freeze and hijack my MacBook by freezing and rendering my laptop unable to restart. Not recommendable.

Failed on first 2 tasks.
I ran a couple fairly easy tasks assessing a 2 page document and it failed and produced an error. MS CoPilot handled the same task within a minute and provided excellent response.

Does not work after second question
Not worth the money, now stuck in a year long subscription for a terrible product. Not a happy camper.
I hate myself for buying this app
Slow, freezes. I am a programmer for decades, I have a powerful mac, this app freezes, slow, and I just open Google Chrome, type the same question in there, and I get my answer and the other one is still going - and to delete long programs, it freezes and doesn’t really work. Am I able for a refund - this was one of my worst MAC APP experiences.

Worst AI I’ve Ever Used
I subscribed because this is the only universal tool available for my MacBook. It couldn’t handle simple commands, some of which it told me to ask. I’ve been using ChatGPT expertly for a couple of years, so it’s not a user issue. I feel very scammed out of money and time. Would never recommend. This AI is like a left-handed monkey wrench. Not a good tool at all.
