Poor Support and Has a lot of Issues Now
I have subscribed to this App for a couple years and it has been great. Except, last year they did some sort of update and it was hard to reach them and I had to get Apple Support on the line to help me reach out to them. It was so much work, but it started working again. This summer, same problem, it freezes up, takes forever in my opinion to respond and they don’t respond through support. I can’t count on this app and they are a third party too. Probably why it is having so many issues. No thanks, cancelled.

simple task to fetch data from website and put in data in columns- It told m that i have to download the data put in a document and then it would help out. …. NOT HELPFUL ,, the time consuming part is getting the data

It has a mind of its own and never does what I would like to do.
I ask it to do something simple and it will write a novel explaining some things I didn’t ask for. It takes fighting and frustration for it to sometimes listen to me. But if it graphics, the end result is amazing. It just trying get it to do it.
