Absolute scam

This app is marketed as free but auto subscribes you to a yearly subscription after 3 days.

I opted to get reminded in 3 days before the trail ends so I could delete the app but I never got the notification (funny how that works) and am now locked into a $40 year subscription (again with no notification) for an app I don’t want with no way to cancel.

Pretty sleezy approach from the start, app is okay but the company is extremely shady. There are better AI apps out there that are owned by companies with higher ethical ground.

To the developers: thanks for charging me $40 for an app I don’t even want, and doing so without informing me in any way.

Helpful to an extent but as I thought just another search engine.

I use it fairly often and had good and not so good results. I’m not sure how it will pan out in the long run. If it’s knowledge basis coming from the Internet doesn’t that mean it’s only as good as the Internet? Follow up; After using for a few weeks it has limits imposed by its algorithms that prevent answering anything that may be age appropriate and that is undoubtedly a necessary safeguard for children. Make no mistake, that is 100% very good requirement but highly restrictive if you are truly interested in finding help with something that may get filtered by age appropriate algorithms. There should be age appropriate access so that all avenues of exploration can be accessed. If not we are just playing around with another search engine that is dictated by the coders or their dictators. I have to imagine this was all discussed as a limitation during development and then again before launch.

Helpful, but...

The character limit seriously decreases the usefulness. I'm PAYING for the app, how does that not get me a version that is not INCREDIBLY LIMITED on how long my prompts/bot's responses can be? The AI doesn't even shorten it's answers to fit into your outrageous restrictions, it will just cut off mid-word and my prompts frequently exceed the limit so have to be shortened to the point of being almost useless, where half the most important parts are left out. I can't even split them into two messages because the bot won't understand. I get that limit for the free trial, it would offer a preview of how the app works and would give a great reason to buy the full version. I thought it would go away when I did pay for the "premium" version, but no there's still a ridiculously low character limit and it's honestly going to be the #1 reason I will probably end up cancelling my subscription and looking for a similar app with a less outrageous character limit.

But at least two stars, because I asked for a resume and cover letter and subsequently got a job! And helped with bf's homework earlier when he realized it was due in less than 20 min and he hadn't started yet. So it's far from a useless app

Paying 480/year for the rest of my life isn’t worth a free trial

Problem is, it doesn’t tell you upfront how to cancel the subscription or the free trial.
You can try this app out free for 3 days. After that you have to pay $40 a month.

Good luck with that and goodbye.

It is fast to produce generic out line but there are errors that you still have to correct. It is easy to use and is not confrontational. I love it.

Won’t even show terms of use or privacy policy

When you fire up the app the first time, it says “By tapping Continue, you agree to our Terms of Use and confirm you have read our Privacy Policy.” But when you tap either of those to, oh, I don’t know, maybe have SOME idea what you’re agreeing to, it presents you with a completely blank page, except for the title Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. Absolutely no other text of any description, no links, nothing. Categorically unacceptable. I restarted the app and even restarted the phone, but same result.

I love the app and stuff it generates give me amazing ideas for my story’s characters ect but what the most irritating thing about this AI app is that it won’t write anything horror related like gore/killing or other things like that.
