Overall okay but needs some fixing
When I try to chat about some problems I have to solve it keeps saying something went wrong, and takes forever to load. Any advice.. Iβm on mobile

Does not work if you pay a subscription
Since paying a subscription it has not worked and keeps reporting a poor internet connection which is not true as all my other apps are working well and I am able to use the Internet from my phone. Also there is no clear way to cancel the subscription. Do not subscribe to this.
