Constantly have to restore subscription *DO NOT recommend purchasing*
I like the app, but I don’t like that. You have to constantly keep restoring the subscription so if you ask the chat for something, make sure you copy the text because once you click submit, it’s gonna say you don’t have a subscription to restore. You’ll have to restore and then paste what you originally wrote to get what you asked for. And then when you go to, I believe it’s feedback. Nobody answers you. It just says be back later today. I’ve already messaged twice and I have not heard back from anyone.
And I cannot even find a customer service number to call because this is very annoying. You pay $70 for a subscription that’s giving you a hard time each time you use it.

No app support, app crashing
The support chat feature keeps saying they will be back later or they will be back in 3 hours. All messages and screenshots sent were ignored. Email I sent last Friday has been ignored, its now Wednesday. App keeps saying I need to renew subscription and then when I click on renew it says I already purchased it. When I try to use the app again it prompts me to renew. Maddening. I have the newest IOS update and update of the app. I want my money back!

I subscribed to the annual Pro 4.0, but I can’t access it. I paid for it via Apple Pay, and my credit card was charged.

They have a “feedback” messaging system, where you could send them a text through the app itself. But it doesn’t work; they don’t answer.
There’s also a yearly pro subscription for gpt-4o, where it says it will give “unlimited” access to the AI—it’s a lie. It’s a thousand “credits.” Yes, credits. To send the AI a message is one credit, to generate an image is two. However, using the gpt-3 (with subscription) is truly unlimited and not limited by the credit system. Only the gpt-4o is.
Oh, and once you run out of credits for gpt-4o.. that’s a shame. You have to buy another subscription.

I’ve been paying a weekly membership for few months and last time I tried to use ai chat it asked me to upgrade and pay even more money. On the website it says you can unsubscribe easily yet I can not find the option to do so on the website it the app. I’ve emailed support asking to end my membership and I’ve had no reply.

The AI tells you it is free and it isn’t!
I took screenshots of me asking if I am limited to my questions before it asks for money and it ASSURED me that I am free to ask as many questions as I want without paying.
This was a lie. After 5-10 questions it told me to subscribe for a year or a month to continue asking questions because it was NOT FREE.
