Cancel app before trial but they still tired to take money out my bank account

I canceled the subscription the same day I got it. Last week I noticed multiple charges for 21.80 trying to come through on my account. I sent a message to make bank letting them know I had been cancelled this service. Stop trying to withdraw money from my account when I have cancelled this app from day 1.

Misleading ad it isn’t free

As usual, this is just a three day free trial withholds most of its functions until such time as you pay a subscription and then you clean your phone. I’m sick and tired of these misleading ripoffs. If it says free, it should be completely free.
