Broken Product with Zero Customer Service

I regret purchasing the AI Clothes Hanger. At first, it worked fine, but now it has completely stopped working. The app will not even open anymore, making the product unusable. I tried contacting the developer, but the β€œContact” option only leads to their Terms of Service, with no real support available. On top of that, I cannot even get a refund. Do not waste your money.
