This tool for coin identification does not work. I tried to identify 3 Peace dollars individually. It identified one as a 50 cent piece and another something from Canada…

Don’t wast your time
This is a Zero rating. It identifies everything as a Canadian nickel. Every single coin is a Canadian nickel! Amazing!
So bad
If I could give it a zero I would, if I could give it a negative I would did not identify a single coin properly. Then when I try to cancel very hard to find the settings to cancel totally worthless do not recommend and do not use.
Not acccurate
Several of the US coins I scanned were identified incorrectly as Canadian. It allowed me to add some to a collection but not others. Not even worth the .29 cents I paid for the 7-day trial. Cancelling now.
Waste of time
It’s says my 1980 quarter is a Canadian nickel.

Terrible app! The first coin I scanned was a Sacagawea dollar. The app said it was Canadian coin. The next two coins were quarters. The app said “coin could not be recognised”.
Really?!!
7 1/2 dollars and a silver dollar all identified as Canadian .05 coin. Really??!!

First coin scanned. The app identified it as a Canadian nickel. It was a 2026 US Dime. Second coin scanned got exactly the same result. Identified as a Canadian nickel but it was actually a US quarter. Shame on you.
Identifying coins
So far, the first two coins, I took a picture of to check accuracy of app and it’s been wrong both times so how am I supposed to trust what it says?
Don’t waste your time… and money!
Got a simple us quarter wrong, twice identifying it as a Canadian nickel! Twice! And there’s nowhere to report that it got it wrong- so mistakes have no way of being corrected.

Does not do any of the things advertised! I had the same problem with the year. It was very clear and came up with a different year. Also labeling the coin as another coin, not the sitting liberty! The value came up as from $20 - $1800.
A really wide gap and no reference where it can be sold. I revised 3 coins and all of them came back identical to this one. Unfortunately I thought this would be a great app and paid for it for the year!! Duh!
When was the last update the developer did? Can you do an update soon fixing some of the problem?
If not, can I get a refund?
If they would spend as much money and time that they spend on advertising this product and fix it then it would be great! Because I see an ad for it attest 5 times a day!!
