Best Culling App Traveling Photographers
Awesome, flexible photo culling tool that works great on it’s own, but is one of the only tools available to seamlessly sort large photo volumes while traveling to then import into Lightroom. Also, the developer is super responsive for extra bonus points. Absolutely worth the money.

Excellent software and support
I use this software for culling images before importing to Lightroom on the iPad. This allows me to quickly go through my images beforehand, sorting and picking the ones I want (Using colours and ratings, to incrementally thin the images out), and deleting the rest, ready for the next shoot.
To make it easier to handle, I generally import from my cards into a named Album on the iPad, using Apple’s Photos (Usually one per job and/or day), then create a catalogue in this software with the same name. On the iPad this makes it easier subsequently delete the Album, once images are imported/uploaded to the cloud (Lightroom in my case).
The function I like the most was added when the developer was asked. This is the ability to switch between images at a 100% magnification, for checking focus (i.e. you can check the focus on eyes/or something else whilst quickly flicking through the set). This function was missing, and I contacted the developer and it was fixed within a day or so. Which is truly superb, and for which I am thankful!
Once all this is done, I export the picks to another named album and I then use Lightroom to import/upload to the cloud.

Doesn't work without crashing
I'm not sure if it's bc I updated my iPad to 8.0--- but I spent hours trying to export images as 1:1, FTP-ing the zip...deleting files and updating my iPad so it would accommodate the amount of space... And as soon as it was ready-- I tried to unpack the zip and it crashed every single time.
I would think smaller previews or smart previews would be a better option than 1:1 since that entails so much space... Either way--- hoping for an update!! Otherwise all of that time and work spent was a complete waste.

Finally, there is the possibility to reply the feedback) If there are still any problems, please contact photopicker.ios@gmail.com. If everything is ok, could you set an actual rating?)
Best Lightroom view
I found the best app to view and rate my Lightroom cat. I make smaller custom cats. To show customers.. I have full control over who see's and what they see of my picture data files..GREAT APP..
Must have for Lightroom users!
This app is simple, straight forward and very easy to use. It works by copying your .lrcat file along with the preview file to your iPad. Once on your iPad it's very easy to browse [swipe left or right] and select [swipe up or down to flag or unflag]. Once ready you simply overwrite your .lrcat file on your computer and your done! The instructions on the developer's website is very understandable and user friendly.
Bottom line, if you are looking for Lightroom selection tool for your iPad, look no further! This app is a super productivity booster for anyone who uses Lightroom and shoots events or simply wants to filter their work sitting on the couch, while traveling or in any other comfortable environment. A must have!
