Here's what's actually going on when you make one: your photo isn't getting a filter or a preset dropped on top of it — it becomes the character in a brand-new video, built across hundreds of frames, moving through choreography that gets animated for it. Hi Annie, we’re really sorry for the frustrating experience. Your video should not stay downloading for that long after payment. This may have been caused by a temporary processing or network issue on our side. Please contact us through Settings > Support in the app, or email us with your account details, and we’ll help check the video status as soon as possible.
