Hi there, We’re really sorry this felt misleading. We understand why that would be frustrating. The subscription unlocks premium access and removes limits, but video generation uses coins because each render has a real processing cost on our side. This should always be shown clearly before generating. If it was not clear, that is our responsibility. Please email team@applax.co with your purchase receipt and account email. We’re happy to offer a refund or free credits to compensate and make this right. Hi there, We’re really sorry this felt confusing. It is absolutely not our intention to charge twice. The weekly subscription gives access to premium features, but some specific video templates use coins for generation because of higher processing costs. This should always be shown clearly before you create the video. If something was not displayed correctly on your side, that is on us and we want to fix it.
