I pay this app for a week for 7.99 it was good than I by again for a year I paid $64 for it but is not working and it’s not even open now I wanna resolve this problem or I want my money back thank you

It says you can opt out after free 3 day trial. I emailed on the first day and they never replied to me... then they charged me the full price. Scam artists at the finest
