I purchased the Pro version because the App Store description and in-app marketing strongly suggest that this application can enhance and restore image quality using AI.
However, after testing it extensively, my experience is very different.
The app mainly increases image resolution and image dimensions. In most cases, it does not significantly improve details, restore textures, remove blur, or recover information that is actually missing from the original image. The result is often just a larger version of the same photo.
This is especially disappointing because the marketing creates the impression that users are getting advanced AI image enhancement, while in reality the app behaves much closer to a basic upscaler.
In addition, the Online Model frequently fails during processing, stopping at around 34% and returning an error, despite having a stable internet connection and an active Pro subscription.
As a paying customer, I feel that the advertising and feature descriptions are misleading. There is a significant difference between “increasing resolution” and “improving image quality,” and those differences should be communicated honestly.
I would strongly encourage the developers to:
* Clearly explain which features perform true AI restoration and which only upscale resolution.
* Stop presenting simple upscaling as image enhancement.
* Fix the Online Model reliability issues.
* Provide realistic before/after examples instead of marketing images that create unrealistic expectations.
I paid for a professional AI enhancement tool, not just a resolution enlarger.
I hope the developers will take this feedback seriously.

質落ちた？
なんで長方形の画像を等倍したら正方形の画像が出力されるんだ？
低レベル化してた
ある日から急に長編が最大6144ピクセルまでしか拡大できなくなった。有料プランでも。そしてしばらくしてある日から、アップスケーリングした画像がPS2みたいな雑なCGみたいなものしか作れなくなった。おそらくもう新規の有料会員が増えず残るは既存の年間プラン入会者だけなので、コストカットしてきたか。

I tried this app while testing was s to convert generated images that needed to be enhanced for my n screen presentation afterwards. This app made it so easy. I quickly used it to enhance resolution for multiple images for a project I was working on. I printed 2 in poster size to hang up for routine visual reference. The image held up very well with the larger sizing.

Was Great
This was a great app, one of the best I’ve found, until it suddenly stopped working. No matter what pictures and how I selected them, nothing happened. And I am a pro member too. Hopefully the development team is aware of this and will fix it because I loved this app and it was worth every penny.
The best upscale app I have used thus far
Simple. Easy to use. And you can upscale on device or on their servers if you need faster processing.
More than just upscale
Actually works nicely on face touch up as well like lip color and brows etc. Lots of extra options

I’ve tried a few, with limited or poor results. This works very well. Give it a go!
Realistic results
Every other similar app I tried, produced horrible over-processed fake looking results. This one doesn’t. Great app!

Not what it used to be
Just not happy with the end result after the recent changes to the program. Images aren’t nearly as clear after sharpening or the program kicks it out after several minutes without completing the image. ☹️☹️
Not as good as it was
I’m not overly happy with this app since its latest update. It now only works 50% of the time. Pretty frustrating when you have to wait 10 minutes for the outcome. I’m currently looking for a better app.
Pretty good now
They fixed the update, but when you go to save your upscaled image, the first one is fine, but every other one after it will pull up the previous image, so you have to press back & click on it again to save, which is pretty annoying. But other than that it’s still worth having if you like to upscale multiple images

Worked not anymore
It worked fine now suddenly it doesn’t have enough memory etc. has nothing to do with the phone just the app crashing out. Loved it now unusable. Paid for a year.
