Would like a refund !!
Tried to use the sing a song template, downloaded picture fine, step 2: select a song…. Nothing!! Tried to contact customer support, said “cannot open in safari” paid $8.99 can not even use it. Do not see any directions on how fo use the app! Guess I donated $8.99 to ?????

The app clearly says 3 day free trial. I’ve paid for this app in the past and it was very good. Now the features that were good are gone, and the app does not honor the 3 day free trial ( I was over it in 5 minutes). Too bad - hope it gets better.
Scam
I purchased the app and was charged for what was supposed to be a free trial. I cancelled within the “free trial” period and was charged for another week. I am currently disputing the charges with my credit card. Stay away!!
Took my money too!!
I tried it on a free trial March 29th and used it for 1 hour. I cancelled it literally an hour after the free trial started. It noted that I’d still have access until April 5th but I couldn’t use it anyway. The free trial only allowed me to use six times. On April 8th I had a charge for $9.99 plus tax, $11.49 was taken from my account. I requested a refund and they overturned it asking for more information as to why they should refund me. I able a screen shot of the subscription and where I cancelled it. I need an email to send it to. In the “request a refund” page it doesn’t allow me to add an attachment with my reason for wanting a refund.

Difficult to follow, money making scam
I never subscribed to this app and they took my cc details and started deducting money every week. When I unsubscribed, even after that, the money is getting deducted. It’s a scam.
Doesn’t work
Tried with two different photos and both times got ‘An error occurred’ message. Was also supposed to be a 7 day free trial but got charged $12.99

Cannot get subscription canceled
I cannot get my subscription to cancel in the settings as advertised, and no one will respond to my multiple requests to do so.

I paid for a week and only got a few videos, then was told I need to pay for credits to keep doing the video. What the heck is the subscription for

After uploading one video I tried unsuccessfully to download anything else.

It doesn’t work and it took £7.99 which I have been unable to get refunded. It said free trial. There was no free trial. Apple won’t refund it for some reason. Video was jumping. Would not recommend.

I signed up for 7 day free trial. I deleted my subscription after 10 mins. I have been charged £7.99. Will be asking for refund from Apple.
Trial is NOT free
Limited songs would have been ok for a trial BUT I was charged immediately. Don’t be fooled. Free trial is not free.

Signed up for the free trial and was charged immediately. Tried one video and the quality was awful, nothing like the demos they show.
