The score pushes me to stay consistent and reminds me to focus on all functional muscles. The exercise suggestions are on spot as well

The app makes it so easy to keep using consistently. The next exercise it suggests is delightful and pretty accurate and takes all the pain of logging for me.
Hidden Gem
Being able to log workouts straight from the lock screen is a real game-changer. One of my favorite things is that the app remembers your training patterns, so you don’t have to create templates. The most seamless workout logger I have tried so far.
