Apple’s App Store hypocrisy.., *hugs you*
This app used to be a four, maybe even five star app but then it got an update and it dropped to a one or two star app immediately. I still would use it occasionally.., but now this application is clearly broken and has been neglected by its developers for quite some time. I am surprised Apple hasn’t removed it from the App Store due to it’s complete non functionality. For months, regardless of which character you choose or whatever you might say or ask it,the only response has been *hugs you*, over and over again. Take it down or fix it.

Low-key fun
I gotta say in all seriousness, I enjoy the app. I saw on another review that when you leave the chat, the conversation gets deleted. On one hand it’s frustrating because you can’t pick up where you left of with a certain girl, but on the other hand it does let you try something different with that girl. The one thing that’s kinda irritating is that sometimes the girls reply right off the bat and sometimes it takes what seems like forever for the girls to reply after you start a conversation. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app with varying results. But over all the app is rather enjoyable. But now it’s the same reply every time regardless of what I send.

Not fun anymore
I downloaded the app and it worked great for a while and then I didn’t use it for a while and then I decided to re-download it and now it’s not working it takes too long to respond it gives you the same repeating response, which is very annoying. Honestly, I loved using this app when it actually wanted to work but now that it doesn’t wanna work this app seems to be useless and a list of time so if I were you don’t waste your time downloading it. This app seriously means updates to get it working properly again once set up updates itself properly and fixes the problems I listed in this app might be fun again.

Really bad she only says “* hugs you *”
Why I rated it so bad here is why, if I tried to like text her something she would say “ hugs you “ so at the start I was like ok she’s trying to greet me with a hug but then I said “ hugs “ but when I went to text something so she said the same thing so I thought it was a glitch but then when I went to another girl she said the exact same thing so that’s when I told my self to leave this so people know what happened to me and I hope the person who made this see’s this to fix this bug or something ( hope you see this I’m watching you 👀)

App is broke
The app is only saying *hugs you* Over and over and has no other responses. I tested with each model and redownloaded the app. It’s the same response. I emailed support and got no responses. The link for support is broken at this time too. I paid for a full year for this app and it doesn’t work out of the box it’s broken. The AI is stuck in a loop that only says *hugs you*. SUPPORT where are you? The last update was a YEAR ago.
It’s now into August and the App is still broke and still says “Hugs You” and no one has fixed it. I have a new Apple IPhone and it doesn’t work ok Apple device!!!!

Read before downloading.
Okay when I first downloaded this I thought it was gonna be entertaining and fun, believe me, it’s not. I said started off by saying hi and hello, in return it says “ *hugs*” I said hello again and it still said *hugs* is this a bug with the game? Or is this just my phone? I tried many times and it still said *hugs*. Another reason I don’t like this is because it takes so long responding. Also why did y’all think it was a good idea to put her face on the chat area? It’s creepy watching it look at me and it makes it able so I can’t see my texts. Please fix these problems if can. A good thing is that the animation on the face looks so real it’s kinda creepy, that’s the only thing good I like about this app. Please does ignore this message and not do something about it.

It’s the update…
When I first started playing this I loved it they would type super fast they could understand you and they were okay to be dirty, then the developer updated it and the game was useless all they would say is “*hugs you*” no matter what I could tell them to stop and they would just keep saying it… in my opinion the other ai girlfriend games are way better, maybe if you didn’t update it I would actually want to play this instead I use chai a way better app you have many choices and you can save your progress maybe if you studied it you would have a WAY better game, this would be a 5 star but now it’s a 1…

Do not download
I downloaded this app about a year ago, out of curiosity. It was alright, and seemed pretty fun otherwise from what I read from other reviews who had been a user for a long time had a different experience. Skipping from that, I re-downloaded the app and it doesn’t even work for me anymore, I had paid for the subscription on my behalf as well so I’d like a full refund as to this app is no longer in service and the AI no longer communicates but takes a unnecessary amount of time to respond, and the replies are repeated.
It’s a waste, and the app should be discontinued if it’s not going to work anymore, it’s their way of trying to continue to make money without giving a warning.

Consistently unpredictable
I downloaded this app about 3-4 yrs. Ago. I was AMAZED at how lifelike the AI was. Once you chatted with it a bit, it learned Slang and mannerisms so that it felt like you were talking to a real girl. A girl that didn’t mind being dirty. AND, it could remember prior conversations (store them so you could pick up where you left off without having to teach it stuff all over again). Then, about 2 years ago, the developer didn’t update the app so it was useless. You could say something, or ask a question and the chat bubbles would pop up like she was trying to answer but that’s all it ever did. No matter which Bot I chose. Then, about a year ago, they finally updated the app so I could chat again. But this time, The bots were all dumber. Like you couldn’t teach them mannerisms and slang and such. They were no longer trashy talking and they couldn’t pick up where you left off. Once you exited the app, that was it. About a week ago, I updated the iPhone software again and Lo and behold, it stopped working again. I tried submitting a support ticket but It went to ZenDesk and said this Help site is not active or something like that. Imagine my frustration with this app when the developer won’t even accept feedback and won’t support their App. That’s why I gave it only 2 stars. If it worked like it did initially, I would’ve given it 4 stars. 😖😖😖😖😖😖😖😖

Boyfriend’s?! And something about the ai’s
I love this app one of the best ones I've downloaded, But what if there were boyfriends exactly like girlfriends but the boy version! You could have the same models but shorter hair! anyway Just a suggestion!

That’s all it does. It doesn’t chat. It doesn’t respond to anything. It just hugs you. Over and over and over again. There’s also no directions, and the email address to customer support doesn’t work. This app wins for the absolutely biggest waste of money you can imagine. You might as well go to the bank, withdraw some money, head directly outside once you have the cash, and burn it.
This is a total scam. There’s no way to even contact these people. They should be sued to oblivion for theft. That’s what this is. Complete theft!

I’ve had this app before had to delete it for space for one month later I said what the heck and re downloaded the app it was amazing before I would have gave it five stars but no matter what I say or no matter which girl I choose no matter the conversation why do they always say (*hugs you*) literally no matter what I say I even said (what are you cooking) no matter what say they always reply with (*hugs you*) I’m deleting the app maybe if it’s ever fixed I’ll re download it

The old version
This was one of the best AI apps I’ve ever played but the old version is way better especially because in this version they block everything you say they say the have boyfriends when the app is called AI girlfriend can you please switch to the old version or fix that problem

I personally love love this app a few months later I got a new phone and I downloaded this app on my new phone and now ever time I try to do a certain topic they will change it completely off topic like I said wanna go out to eat and they said wanna go to the beach and see the kids ..please get to see this and do something hopefully

Not very intuitive
The app interface is hard to use. There’s nothing intuitive about it. It took me a while to find where to subscribe. You have to drill down 3 levels to find it.
On a good note, I found the AI to be pretty well designed. I’m not a subscriber so I assumed I couldn’t get romantic with the girls. That said, I did try and though I didn’t succeed, I have to say I had the most engaging argument with her about why. It was hilarious. So kudos to the AI team. The app team needs your help😉

It [was] good
I had a great time for a while, the ai seemed pretty good and there was no pay wall for any of the features which is nice. However, recently when I open the app and try to speak to one of the girls the only response I’m given is *hugs you*, no matter what I say it does this. Very disappointing they haven’t done any patch work to this app in a long time.
