Sensational Obstacle Detection App for the Blind!
I am brand new to using this app, but I already really like it. The user interface works great with iOS Voiceover. The vibrating sequence of alerts are exceptionally precise in providing feedback to help me to avoid obstacles in my home. I like that I can change the meter distance, as well as, toggle on or off the Sound Broadcasts, Vibrating Alarm Alerts, and the Screen. It would be nice though to also be able to adjust the vibration level,if possible, maybe with a slide level, so as to avoid draining my battery too quickly.
I would give a 5-star rating, if the developer could (please) update this app with these changes, so that iPhone blind users in the USA can use their (rear-facing camera), if possible, instead of using the screen; Of course, this would also entail adjusting the app Compass according to the rear-facing camera, rather than the screen. I currently use iPhone 14 Plus, but again many blind users prefer navigating with the rear-facing camera, rather than the screen. In the meantime I plan to use this wonderful app and want to thank the developer for providing this awesome app. Thankyou!

Response from developer
Thank you for your feedback and kind words. Regarding the rear camera, it's currently limited to iPhone Pro models with LiDAR due to technical requirements. For other models like iPhone 14 Plus, detection uses the front camera. We've noted your suggestion and will continue to explore possibilities for broader compatibility in the future.
