Disappointed
It’s sad that you can’t even have a a one time try using the app without paying. If you want to use it, you have to pay. But how would I know if want to spend my money on it, if i actually like the app service before paying? :/
Amazing designs I could not actually use
AI created a stunning open-concept living room. I live in a 1920s apartment with walls I legally cannot remove. Gorgeous but useless. Wish the AI understood "work with what exists" better.
AI doesn't understand "Cheap"
type "budget friendly" and the AI suggests a $4000 sofa. I type "affordable" and get designer lighting I can't pronounce. Beautiful? Yes. Realistic for someone eating ramen? No.

False advertising and works like garbage, Chatgbt works better
This app requires a purchase to use, no free trial. I spent $20 to test it out believing the advertisements. It’s takes 30 seconds to redecorate a room in a SINGLE style, but doesn’t change anything about it. Advertises that it shows multiple styles, but only has a couple options, not all the styles that are shown in the App Store! Keeps the furniture and might change color. Tried telling it specifically what I was looking for like you can in chatgbt, but still won’t change anything. Emailed customer service twice, won’t respond. Contacting credit card company now. Upgrade your chatgbt for $20 and it works wonders doing what this app is SUPPOSED to do. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

Leider nicht wie erwartet. Wollte Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer umgestalten. Leider werden die Räume völlig deformiert, Fenster verschwinden, Maße stimmen nicht im geringsten. Auch der Stil den ich ausgewählt habe wird nicht beachtet. Bisher leider unbrauchbar. Schade um die 30€. Sehr enttäuschend.

Description says you are able to show for furniture in your room - I guess technically that correct if you choose from the 6 templates - the ai didn’t understand what I asked and the results were dismal - I’m really angry o paid $$ for this. If there are help articles that I’ve missed please clue me in I was not able to use this at all -

Thought I was getting a free trial but they charged me a full year. I quickly learned this all is terrible, the renderings are nothing like the original room, it’s not even remotely realistic or helpful

Room description doesn't work
The only reason I downloaded this app was to write the room description and have the AI use my prompts to design the room. It didn't work. The template room options were not good either. I asked for a refund soon after I downloaded the app and never got a response.

This app said it gave me a free trial so I tried it and it sucked so deleted it and the subscription then it’s been charging me 42 $
