Subscription Issue

Just tried the subscription on my IPad and I couldn’t get past the page for upgrading to premium. Cancelled subscription.

Thanks for letting me know, and I am sorry for the frustration you experienced. If you already subscribed, tapping the Restore button on the premium screen should unlock access on your iPad. This is required by Apple to sync purchases across devices. If the issue persists, please reach out to me directly at aidesignerhome@gmail.com and I will be happy to help resolve it quickly.

I was allowed to upload 1 photo and pick from a limited range of options, then the created photo was just a thumbnail while the app tried to immediately get me to subscribe—I tried to load a second photo without giving my credit card and everything was locked. ChatGPT allows you to do more —deleting immediately

Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry the onboarding experience felt confusing. The app includes one full AI image generation for free during onboarding. After that, users can start a free trial to continue creating additional designs. The initial onboarding image is saved to My Designs in the app and can be saved to your photos album. I am actively improving how this is communicated during onboarding so expectations are clearer. Thanks again for sharing your experience and trying the my app out.
