Terrible experience setting this up. The app will not recognize the current room temperature even though it does control the temperature setting.

Remote function works, but the red serif type on a black background is unreadable, and good luck setting up a timed function.
Why not just a regular timer setup??

App worked great until it stopped can’t even log in now. I think the developer needs to update to the new iOS.

I couldn’t even get a verification code from there app in order to finish the set up. What a shame I really look forward to controlling this unit remotely.
Don’t waste your time
I agree with the other person. I’ve sat here following all the directions, which includes pressing buttons that are not named on my remote eight times until something beeps. It won’t get past the point of connecting to the Wi-Fi. I’ve connected to their and it just keeps saying now connect to the Wi-Fi. I’m going to use my remote control.

App requires additional instructions for pairing
Current guidance from instruction manual is insufficient to successfully pair with my mini split device. Additional troubleshooting or instruction is required. No videos links exist online or in the instructions that show me that the app actually works.
Junk app. Needs updated
Doesn’t have 1/2 the controls of the unit. Doesn’t respond often. Doesn’t integrate with Alexa or home.

It is just impossible to pair an ac mini split with an iphone. Spent hours on it and the app is not working. Disappointing.

My app worked fine for 2 months and now it just disconnected my device and will not reconnect no matter what. It finds my Wi-Fi in the list and always fail to connect

Will not connect to Wi-Fi
After several attempts to connect to my Wi-Fi I have up! Incorrect directions that come with unit on how to set up with your smart phone.
Near useless app
Options and settings do not work when selected. Cannot choose fan setting in heating mode, always reverts to auto.
Disappointing
Took me 2 hours just to connect my phone to my a/c unit. Finally figured out the directions that came with the unit are incorrect on what to do. Even after my phone was connected the app barely controlled my unit i would adjust the temperature on my phone and it would not adjust on my ac unit. I would also have to try like 5 times just to get the unit to turn off with the app. Guess I’ll just keep using the old fashioned remote.

My mini split paired right up, took about 30 seconds all and all. Easy to use app, and well worth the $0 it costs
