Sorry about that — a renewal that doesn't generate isn't the experience we want. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and select the purchase. For the generation failure itself, message us through the Support link on our App Store page with the photo type and template you used, and we'll look into it.

This is genuinely useful feedback — thank you for taking the time. You're right on all three counts: support should be reachable from inside the app, the library shouldn't require generating a video to open, and a finished video should show up without you having to start another one. Two-person templates are the request we hear most often. For now you can reach us through the Support link on our App Store page. All noted.
