No support, no answer just stealing money

I’ve been contacting them more than 6 months and still cannot use this app. Horrible terrible customer support. They are good at stealing money.

Need pro to generate images

So when I was trying to generate a image, it said I need to have pro in order to actually generate images. So, that means you have to pay just to use the app… I will not change this until this gets fixed or if there’s a free trial that I missed

Not rendering. No help options.

Auto-renewed the Pro subscription in March 2026 but it won't generate any news images or videos. It shows I have credits available but nothing has generated in a week. (updated 22 APR 2026) Hello? Dev? Any help? You guys don't have a website that accepts help requests. Is this a fraud?

Extremely Janky

subscription paid dec 2025, cannot get app to connect and recognize my PAID subscription. App is useless without subscription. App fails to send connecting email, and user has NO other options except frustration. In-App help gets you nowhere and REAL help is impossible to find. REFUND MY MONEY!

Extremely disappointed!

I paid a full year subscription, and they now want me to pay for more to create images. It keeps saying I need to log in but it doesn’t allow me to do so anywhere in the app. I feel ripped off and disappointed. Buyer beware!

Useless subscription

Even when subscribed you still have to pay more after editing a few images. What’s the point in subscribing?

I am completely confused

Last year I paid $40 to this app and it helped a lot because I lost my son and I could make pictures of where I thought he was or what he was doing with this year. I'm charged for every single picture I make and I ran out of coins after renewing when I'm not due to renew until April. And I've been on here 20 minutes and they want $50 or $40 like you know I don't know. Save your money. I don't understand because something that brought me so much joy last year this year just brought me more sadness.

Sadly, I have just cancelled my subscription. This being: the 1st Ai art app I started out with. Generally very good. Then use KPI for - nano banana.. Ways of generating images much harder, credit score BS. Down hill - fast. Needs much more work , care put into it. No save points or general reference points for you works. Images are generally good - great for upscale work! I will miss this slightly but maybe- not too much. All about the money…

Don’t pay for pro

I purchased pro and was only given a limited amount of coins to generate images. Now I have to pay more money in order to generate more images. I don’t understand the pro pricing if you still have to spend hundreds of dollars in order to generate more images.

I will not purchase again!

Works about half the time now since all the updates and even for a pro version! Keeps trying to upcharge you each time for new features to use even after you’ve purchased the pro version! Find another app with a lot more and better quality for less a year do not waste your money on this one!

Oh my, you shouldn't have

This was a 4 star ai image generator but as we all know the images generated aren't always to our liking. Maybe it was a logo but you aren't going to use it for your brand. Now Monet is charging a licence fee of $0.99 per render. Even if it generates something you don't like you still have to pay the licence fee. I have never been so disappointed with an update to an app I used regularly
